About a week ago, I finally hit 100 subscribers! I know part of the key to youtube success is consistency, but luck is also a huge factor and I was very lucky. One of my videos suddenly picked up a lot of views (pretty sure it got shared somewhere) and that's when I started gaining subscribers. I believe I'm at about 140 right now, but I'd only gained 6 subscribers in my first 3 months and the rest in the past month. It feels great, and it's definitely motivated me.
