10 Minute Warm Up Routine For Beginners

    Do you want the most out of your workouts and get maximum results? Then you should be warming up before every workout. If you're not, then you have a higher risk of causing injury to yourself during your exercise. I wanted to share my current warm up routine. Feel free to use it or make changes as you wish.
